Technology

The steel, galvanized load-bearing frame guarantees safety, stability, required load-bearing capacity and durability. The platform is connected to unsinkable polyethylene floats. The frame structure of the house is made of steel. The thickness of the steel wall frames is 10 cm. The method of obtaining the appropriate strength of the wall frames is based on the use of cold-formed connectors.

Design

Each of our Houseboats is an individual project that is created in cooperation with the client. We adjust the size of the unit, functional layout and equipment to individual requirements and budget. We create floating houses, the surroundings of which will put you in deep relaxation, thanks to the ripples of water will soothe your senses, and their equipment will make you feel like you are in a luxurious hotel room. Large windows will not let you forget where you are. The functional layout of the house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious living room with an open kitchen, all of which can be individually arranged. Two terraces located on the lower deck will not only provide additional space, but will also make you closer to nature.

Equipment

Our Houseboat will provide you with a comfortable experience of life on the water regardless of the season. On hot days, three-zone air conditioning will bring the desired relief, while on cold days, underfloor heating will add warmth. Air quality is provided by recuperation, and safety and control of the house from any location in the world is provided by the building automation system.
